KAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series<br \/>\nconforms to ASTM C494 Type G, BS EN934 Part 2 and JIS A6204.<br \/>\n<strong>Use<\/strong><br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series can be used in a variety of construction projects, including commercial, industrial,<br \/>\nand residential building, bridges, highways, roads and tunnels. KAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series also make it an ideal<br \/>\nchoice for hot weather conditions, where traditional concrete mixtures may set too quickly.<br \/>\n<strong>Advantages<\/strong><br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series can provide the following properties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lower permeability<\/li>\n<li>Increased early &amp; ultimate strengths<\/li>\n<li>Increased flexural strengths.<\/li>\n<li>Better carbonation resistance.<\/li>\n<li>Reduced shrinkage &amp; creep<\/li>\n<li>May produce flowing or self-compacting concrete<\/li>\n<li>High workability with low water content<\/li>\n<li>Improved surfaces<\/li>\n<li>Long Retention of concretes workability<\/li>\n<li>No segregation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dosage<\/strong><br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series can vary with type of applications, normally range from 600 g to 1500 g \/ 100 kg of<br \/>\ncementitious material or binder. Accidental overdosing of KAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series causes an extension of<br \/>\nsetting time of concrete. If this happens, consult supplier as soon as possible.<br \/>\n<strong>Packaging<\/strong><br \/>\n200 Kg and 1,000 kg<br \/>\n<strong>Shelf life<\/strong><br \/>\n12 months after production date, kept within the range of 5oc to 40oc.<br \/>\n<strong>Application<\/strong><br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series is suitable for use with all types of Portland cements, OPC, SRC cements and cement<br \/>\nreplacement materials such as PFA, GGBFS and micro-silica KAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series should not be used in<br \/>\nconjunction with any other admixture unless prior approval is obtained from local KAITSU technical<br \/>\nsupport.<br \/>\n<strong>Mixing<\/strong><br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series should be added in the mixing water. In some instances, e.g. addition to ready mix<br \/>\nconcrete on site, KAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series can be added directly in the truck mixer and mixed at maximum<br \/>\nspeed for an extra 5 to 10 minutes till a proper mixing is achieved. The correct quantity of KAITSU\u00ae<br \/>\nG-200 Series should be measured by means of a recommended dispenser. The admixture should then be<br \/>\nadded to the concrete with the mixing water to obtain the best results.<br \/>\n<strong>Health and safety<\/strong><br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series does not fall into the hazard classifications of current regulations. However, it should<br \/>\nnot be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Suitable protective gloves and<br \/>\ngoggles should be worn. Splashes on the skin should be removed with water. In case of contact with<br \/>\neyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed seek medical<br \/>\nattention immediately &#8211; Do not induce vomiting.<br \/>\n*For further information consult the Materials Safety Data Sheet available for this product.<br \/>\nKAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series is Non-flammable.<br \/>\n<strong>Cleaning and disposal<\/strong><br \/>\nSpillages of KAITSU\u00ae G-200 Series should be absorbed onto sand or earth and transferred to suitable<br \/>\ncontainers. Remnants should be hosed down with large quantities of water.
